BICOM For Weight Loss

BICOM bioresonance isn’t a crash-diet gadget and it doesn’t melt fat. Rather, think of it as a regulation tool. The idea is simple: when the nervous system is over-revved and hormones are ping-ponging, appetite, cravings, and energy control go sideways. BICOM reads and processes the body’s electromagnetic information and feeds back gentle corrective signals while we pair it with ear work inspired by Paul Nogier’s auriculotherapy. Those tiny points on the ear, Point Zero (overall balance), appetite and craving points, thyroid, liver, hormone points and Shen Men for stress act like light switches for systems that govern hunger, mood, and sleep.

The session flow (what actually happens)

  1. Quick check-in: sleep, stress, cravings, snacking habits, meds and goals.

  2. Point Zero: homeostatic balance; corresponds to navel/solar plexus

  3. Swallowing Food & Smoking: behavioural/oral cues. Stomach : weight control, eating-pattern regulation

  4. Hunger: appetite cueing: Appetite Control / Craving diminishes appetite, supports weight reduction

  5. Superior (Hormonal System) endocrine balance. Endocrine: balances endocrine hormones

  6. Craving / Metabolism: metabolic support, disordered metabolism

  7. Thyroid: hyper/hypothyroid support

  8. Kidney: processing & satiety signalling

  9. Frustration (Autonomic): balances sympathetic/parasympathetic tone; circulation

  10. Auto-Aggression / Master Cerebral: nervousness, anxiety, fear, OCD patterns

  11. Shen Men: stress, anxiety, excessive sensitivity

How we use this in BICOM (kept plain and accurate)

  • Stress down-regulation: Shen Men + Autonomic points to calm fight/flight that drives stress-eating.

  • Appetite/craving modulation: Hunger, Appetite/Craving, Stomach to soften impulsive snacking.

  • Hormonal rhythm support: Superior/Hormonal, Endocrine, Thyroid, Brain/Pituitary to steady cues.

  • Metabolic support: Craving/Metabolism, Liver (or Kidney in Nogier sets) to support processing.

  • Targeted BICOM programs: using an ear probe and body electrodes we run short sequences aimed at:

    • Stress down-regulation (calms “fight/flight” that drives stress-eating)

    • Appetite/craving modulation

    • Hormonal/thyroid regulation support

    • Sleep/settling (because poor sleep = more ghrelin and cravings)

A note on hormones: when our hormones are in balance everything else gets easier. Steady insulin keeps your energy even so you’re not chasing sugar highs; cortisol peaks in the morning and settles at night which quiets stress-eating and helps you sleep. A switched-on thyroid means your metabolism isn’t stuck. And when leptin and ghrelin (the fullness and hunger messengers)are communicating properly normal portions actually feel satisfying. Even sex hormones matter because smoother oestrogen/progesterone or testosterone swings mean less bloat and more energy.

By nudging the system toward balance (less fight/flight, better satiety cues, steadier sleep) BICOM can make it easier to choose the plan you already know works i.e protein-rich meals, plenty of plants and regular movement. We’re supporting the body’s control systems and not replacing common sense. Expectations stay realistic. We position it as an adjunct that is useful alongside nutrition, movement, and sleep hygiene and not instead of them.

The BICOM weight-support program helps reduce the friction that derails good intentions. By calming stress circuits and tidying appetite signals it makes the healthy choices feel easier and more sustainable.
