About Me
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) along with a Diploma in Naturopathy and Diploma in Herbal Medicine, graduating in 2012. My training also included massage therapy giving me a strong foundation in hands-on bodywork alongside internal health support. I enjoy working with both people and animals across a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Over the years, I have continued to expand my clinical tools with certification in Live and Dry Blood Analysis and more recently BICOM Bioresonance Therapy, a non-invasive therapy that helps identify and reduce stressors affecting the body’s regulation and resilience.

I am deeply committed to ongoing education and am currently undertaking advanced study in brain health, with a focus on early cognitive decline and early Alzheimer’s support. This area is close to my heart due to personal family experience and has shaped my passion for understanding how neurological changes develop and how we can support the body earlier and more effectively.

My Approach
I work like a health detective. I enjoy piecing together the puzzle using detailed clinical questioning, functional assessment, blood analysis, and bioresonance testing to form a clearer picture of what may be contributing to symptoms. Rather than chasing isolated symptoms I look at patterns, terrain, and underlying drivers.

Many people come to me feeling unheard, rushed, or confused after years of short appointments and medication-focused care. My clinic space is different. It’s calm, supportive, and conversational. I believe feeling safe and understood is part of the healing process. My work bridges professionalism with warmth. I value evidence, safety, and clinical responsibility, while also recognising that health care should feel human, not cold or clinical. I work alongside conventional medical care where appropriate and refer when needed ensuring clients receive well-rounded and responsible support.

Working With Animals
Animals are also part of my practice and a true passion. I hold qualifications in equine and canine acupuncture, equine herbal medicine, cranio-sacral therapy, and kinesiology taping. Combining naturopathy, herbal medicine, and bioresonance therapy for animals, particularly in chronic, complex, or age-related conditions is deeply rewarding. Supporting both animals and the people who love them brings a unique dimension to my work.

My Focus Areas
While I see a wide range of concerns, I am particularly drawn to:
Humans
-
Fatigue and burnout
-
Hormone imbalance
-
Brain fog and early cognitive changes
-
Gut-driven inflammation
-
Complex or long-standing health issues
Animals
-
Chronic skin and gut conditions
-
Arthritis and mobility concerns
-
Post-injury or post-surgical recovery
-
Aging support
-
Metabolic and endocrine challenges

I believe the body has an incredible capacity to adapt and improve when we reduce physiological burdens and support its systems properly. My role is to help identify those burdens, guide supportive interventions, and walk alongside people (and animals) through meaningful, sustainable change.
