Booking Your Appointment
To secure your appointment, payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise requested.
This ensures your time is reserved and allows adequate preparation for your consultation.

Rescheduling or Cancelling
I understand that life happens. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer that time to another client.

More than 24 hours’ notice: your appointment can be rescheduled or credited.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-show): the full appointment fee is charged.

Illness or Unexpected Circumstances
If you are unwell or something unexpected arises, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to be fair and supportive where possible.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session time may need to be shortened so as not to delay the next client. The full appointment fee still applies.

Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up sessions may be paid at the time of booking or on the day, depending on your preference.
